Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of building production-level data infrastructure to support AI and agentic systems
  • Expertise in Azure Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Apache Spark, ClickHouse
  • Azure AI Foundry, Model Training, MCP (Multi-Context Protocol), Manager Agents, Semantic Kernel
  • Deploying agents in production environments
  • Experience with ELT/ETL for building and optimizing data foundations
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model evaluation metrics and benchmarking techniques
  • A/B testing methodologies for assessing data or model updates
  • Mitigating biases in data and evaluating model fairness
