Sought after Hospital Account Manager

A hospital account management opportunity for a driven professional who is passionate about healthcare innovation and has experience in cardiology, pharmaceutical sales, or life sciences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. This role requires someone who can lead engagement and growth across hospital accounts in Ireland, focusing on strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders, cardiovascular consultants, and clinical teams to drive growth and engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver against national sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Analyse sales data to create actionable plans and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prioritizing key opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns and educational initiatives tailored to the Irish market.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract agreements.
  • Provide market insights to support strategic planning and tender submissions.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and lab operations to ensure seamless customer delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in cardiology or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, with a strong track record of business development.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
  • Willingness to travel across Ireland.
