They will be responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy for the EMEA supply chain functions, including the implementation of MES roadmap and alignment with business goals and objectives.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both IT and supply chain processes, as well as excellent strategic thinking abilities and problem-solving skills.

The position involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The IT Leader will also be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, coordinating activities of local IT leaders at various plant locations, and helping direct the IT integration of acquisitions in the manufacturing space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the IT strategy for the EMEA supply chain functions
  • Implement MES roadmap and align with business goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Oversee daily IT operations and coordinate activities of local IT leaders
  • Help direct the IT integration of acquisitions in the manufacturing space

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience, focusing on Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent strategic thinking abilities, with a deep understanding of supply chain operations and optimization techniques
  • Proven track record in managing IT operations across multiple EMEA locations
  • Strong project management skills with successful delivery of complex IT projects
