Job Title: Financial Accountant

Main Responsibilities:
  • Management Accounts: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts to evaluate business performance.
  • Journal Entries & Reconciliations: Prepare and post monthly journals, complete reconciliations and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Accounts Support: Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks as needed.
  • Tax Returns: Assist in completing statutory tax returns as required.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during the audit process and assist with year-end file preparation.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other ad-hoc duties in finance and other areas of the business when requested.
Key Requirements:
  1. Degree in Business/accountancy or equivalent qualification.
  2. Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or currently studying towards it.
  3. Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage change successfully.
  5. Bright and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
