Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries and action lists for residential agents, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Draft sales-related documents, including PSRA Agreements and solicitors' letters, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare weekly bulletins as per agents' instructions, highlighting key information and deadlines.
- Schedule viewings, meetings, and property inspections, prioritising client needs and preferences.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, showcasing properties and enhancing brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Support financial forecasting and reporting, providing valuable insights and analysis.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous administration experience in a busy environment, preferably in the real estate sector, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to create complex reports and presentations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike, and provide exceptional customer service.
