Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our production team in Limerick. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical expertise and support to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in delivering high-quality products to both Irish and international standards. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to colleagues across multiple departments, with a focus on process performance, kiln performance, and health and safety considerations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and lead projects and process improvement initiatives
- Direct contractors on specific assignments and projects
- Assist with kiln overhauls, plant start-ups, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvement programmes
- Prepare, update, and maintain technical manuals and process documentation
To be considered for this role, you will require:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
3-4 years of relevant industrial experience
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Project management skills and business acumen
