Job Title: People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic HR professional to lead our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To oversee all recruitment processes, including internal hiring and succession planning.
  • Drive employee development and ensure staff are equipped for career advancement.
  • Create strategies to foster engagement within the organization.
  • Maintain compliance standards, including HR Records and documentation.
  • Manage payroll processing through our Time and Attendance system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with a 3rd level qualification in HRM or Business.
  • Certification in Human Resource Management is advantageous.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and managing payroll and costs.
  • The ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
