The Network Operations Team plays a critical role in supporting the company's IT infrastructure. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the global Citco network, ensuring seamless communication between data centers, remote offices, and external clients.

  • Level 1 and Level 2 Network Support: Provide prompt and effective assistance to users experiencing issues with the network infrastructure.
  • Maintenance and Monitoring: Ensure the ongoing support and maintenance of the global Citco network, including WAN and LAN at data centers, remote offices, and external clients.
  • Problem Management: Identify and resolve chronic problems to minimize disruptions to business operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate with other IT groups to troubleshoot issues within the network scope and beyond.
  • General Network Maintenance: Perform software upgrades, patching, and other routine tasks on network devices (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong knowledge and experience in TCP/IP protocols, OSPF multi-area, BGP v4, Cisco routers, switching, and IPsec VPNs.
  • Firewalling and Access Lists: Implement and manage firewall configurations, access lists, and protocol inspection.
  • LAN Switching and QoS: Configure LAN switching, Spanning Tree protocol, VLANs, dot1Q trunking, LACP port-channels, vPC, and VSS, as well as Quality of Service on the LAN and WAN.
  • Wide Area Network Circuits and Services: Manage wide area network circuits and services, including MetroE and MPLS.
