**Job Description:**

A technical program manager is responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. They work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization.

Behind every online user experience is the architecture built by a team of experts to keep it running. From developing and maintaining data centers to building next-generation platforms, this team makes a product portfolio possible. They're proud to be their engineers' engineers and love voiding warranties by taking things apart so they can rebuild them.

  • Manage third-party vendors responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting network services.
  • Develop reports to track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall project status.
  • Partner with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver large technical networking projects.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of technical subjects and emerging technologies around enterprise networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering network infrastructure upgrades, specifically around life cycle management of networking gear and deployment of new enterprise networking solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
  • PMP, Agile project management certification, CCNA, CCNP, or other certifications in network technologies or similar.
