Product Innovation Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting innovative design solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experience.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced product designer who can lead the way in developing cutting-edge designs that meet our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design discovery work to evaluate ideas and collaborate with high-profile sports organizations, leagues, and clubs.
- Contribute to the UX team vision and strategy for our product suite.
- Execute on all stages of the design process, from problem understanding to release, incorporating user feedback.
- Conduct usability testing using prototypes, gathering results to inform design decisions.
- Maintain and improve the Design System, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Prioritize multiple projects and share work for feedback within the design team.
- 7+ years of experience in software product design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- An excellent online portfolio showcasing thinking, UX, UI, and visual design skills.
- Experience working closely with development teams to build web products.
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the sports industry.
- End-to-end experience from initial research through to design of user journeys.
- Ability to tackle complex design challenges.
