Project Management Role

Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.

Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping through to execution and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing and engineering projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal departments to drive project success.
  • Manage equipment introduction and qualification processes.
  • Interface with stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication, and timely updates on project progress.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular project updates and dashboards to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a regulated environment.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects including equipment introduction and supplier coordination.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management certification is an advantage.
  • Experience with project management tools.
