Job Overview

This is a key position within our organization's Total Rewards Management team, playing a pivotal role in the annual performance review process, compensation programs, and benefit design/administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, processes, and best practices to support programs related to compensation (e.g., base pay, annual incentive plans) and employee benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives).
  • Conduct internal data audits (business title/legacy title mismatch, resource code audits, ad-hoc compensation and benefits audit processes, job code audits).
  • Provide support for external vendor activities (new vendor implementation, vendor audits, contract negotiations and amendments, quarterly review of vendor access, onsite vendor personnel).
