Job Description

This Senior Principal Reliability Engineer role will lead the development of Test Methods to ensure they are ready for the Test Method Validation (TMV) process. The successful candidate will work closely with R&D and collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing functions to ensure Quality Standards are in place.

The primary goal is to develop and implement reliable test methods that meet industry standards and regulations, including ISO 14971:2019 and ISO 13485:2016.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Reliability Test Plans and Test Cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of product functionality.
  • Conduct Systematic Reliability Analysis to identify potential failure modes and effects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Quality Standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in reliability engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Systems and Regulatory Requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
