Senior Grade Dietitian Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Grade Dietitian to join our Children’s Disability Network Team in Dublin. As a member of this forward-thinking, interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, family-centred care to children and young people with complex needs arising from disability.

This is an exciting role that involves delivering comprehensive nutritional assessments and interventions, contributing to individualised care plans within a multi-disciplinary team, and providing dietetic support and education to families, carers, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments to identify and address the dietary needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide expert dietetic advice and education to families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
  • A recognised qualification in Human Nutrition approved by the CORU Dietitian Registration Board.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
