Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join one of our leading Cork firms. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for a broad range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a diverse client base, maintaining strong collaboration and accuracy of information while adhering to Irish payroll rules.
- Manage employee information, tax data, and other documentation with precision.
- Oversee employee benefits, health insurance, pension, and other deductions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Address and resolve client enquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Stay informed of Irish payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance.
- Maintain meticulous records and a robust document control system, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and an audit trail.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in payroll administration, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong computer literacy and numerical skills, along with experience using payroll software, are essential for success in this role.
