Microprocessor Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Microprocessor Design Leader with expertise in leading cross-functional teams to create new design concepts for high-performance microprocessors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the physical design team to develop innovative solutions that balance power, performance, and area.
  • Collaborate with peers to identify and assess complex technical issues/risks, and develop solutions.
  • Represent the CPU Cores division to executive management from a technical perspective.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated through technical publications, presentations, trainings, and executive briefings.
  • Highly adept at collaboration among top-thinkers and engineers, ready to mentor and guide, and help elevate the knowledge and skills of the team around you.
  • Experience leading teams of senior engineers and experience in high-speed microprocessor designs.
