Our company is seeking a skilled Senior Digital Design Engineer to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative digital designs and methodologies.

Job Description

As a Senior Digital Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the definition and deployment of processes and methodologies in the field of Digital IP Design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and develop solutions that drive business growth.

You will also be responsible for contributing substantially to the IP strategy in the field of Digital Design, working as part of a team responsible for infrastructure, methodology, and automation for IP Concept, Design, and Verification. Additionally, you will facilitate and encourage innovation across boundaries, both internal and external to the IP design organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A University Degree within a STEM field
  • At least 15 years of relevant Digital Design experience from Digital IP design
  • Expert understanding of Digital Design methodologies and flows
  • Proven ability to develop complex digital designs targeting high speed and/or low power; deep understanding of the SoC implementation flow
  • Proven ability to solve critical problems with high complexity by involving expert networks and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others in verbal and written forms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities productively and efficiently
