Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme 2025 Dublin Career Advancement
2 weeks ago
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Power Generation & Energy business specialisation as graduate engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in influencing the power grid of the future, tackling climate change, and playing a part in the greening of the gas network.
Our graduate programme will provide you with the chance to launch your career, open new opportunities, and develop a world of possibilities. As a leading Electrical Engineering and Industrial Automation company, we supply the Energy, Datacentre, Pharma, and Food & Beverage sectors.
We employ over 200 talented electrical and automation engineers across our offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Waterford, and Chesterfield (UK). You will be placed in projects where you can do meaningful work and contribute to the business.
The programme spans two years, during which time you will have the opportunity to use state-of-the-art engineering software for control and protection design and substation layouts. You will also get to use leading-edge power system modelling software to run steady state and transient electrical studies.
As a graduate engineer, you will be responsible for generating technical documentation and dealing with customers. You will also have the opportunity to travel to customer sites to get involved in installation, testing, and commissioning.
We offer a competitive starting salary with year-on-year bonuses and salary increases. Our benefits package includes paid overtime, paid graduation day, health insurance, income protection, life assurance, and a PRSA pension with employer contribution.
We value diversity and equal opportunities, and all applications will be treated in strictest confidence.
