About This Opportunity

PepsiCo Ireland is seeking a talented IT Graduate to join their 24-month fixed term program. During this period, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in troubleshooting IT issues, generating and maintaining reports and documentation, contributing to team meetings, identifying process improvements, and supporting various projects.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot IT problems and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Develop, update, and maintain accurate IT reports and documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and engage with other IT teams on routine tasks to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the rollout of various IT projects across PepsiCo sites and lead small-scale initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to group projects that explore new technologies and applications, develop essential skills like problem-solving and communication, and engage with Employee Resource Groups to promote inclusivity within the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
