Operations Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with transport planners and sales teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of company procedures and quality service at all times.
  • Liaise effectively with customers and drivers to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Provide clear instructions and routes to drivers.
  • Administer and report on tasks and projects.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Monitor tachographs and driver working hours to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong customer focus and service ethic.
  • Flexible and strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a proactive approach.
