Social Care Leader Position

This is an exciting career opportunity for experienced social care experts to take on a leadership role in delivering a trauma-informed model of care for young people aged 13-17.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual with experience working in children and families services or similar environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing care plans, promoting the rights and responsibilities of young people, and encouraging attendance at school and medical appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust care plans that meet the needs of each young person.
- Promote the rights and responsibilities of each child/young person within the centre.
- Encourage regular attendance at school, training centres, medical and clinical appointments.
- Manage personal documents, arrangements, information, and finance on behalf of the young person.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' experience working in a Children & Families Service or similar environment.
- Registered in the Social Care Workers Register or hold a CORU approved qualification.
