About the Project

COM-HOM is a three-year initiative aimed at transforming the way homelessness is tackled in Ireland. Funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), this project focuses on leveraging data, digital tools, and a standardised monitoring and evaluation framework to improve decision-making and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the implementation of the project, ensuring timely delivery of outputs and tracking progress across multiple workstreams.
  • Co-designing frameworks, tools, and methodologies tailored to stakeholder needs, and shaping actionable policy recommendations.
  • Developing digital tools, including a data lake, AI models, and a centralised platform, to enhance capacity and support innovative practices.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to generate policy recommendations and guide EU-wide efforts in combating homelessness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate degree in a relevant field and proven experience in leading research and project activities, ideally in areas related to housing, homelessness, or social inclusion.
