Business Analysis Role

This exciting Business Analysis position plays a pivotal role in shaping business analysis across the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and challenge business needs to define actionable requirements, driving informed decision-making and process improvements.
  • Map current processes and design future-state workflows, ensuring seamless integration and optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to define technical/operational change, fostering effective partnerships and solutions.
  • Support configuration governance and in-life change enablement, maintaining business readiness and continuity.
  • Evaluate business readiness through SOPs, training, and process walkthroughs, guaranteeing a smooth transition.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in digital transformation/delivery as a seasoned Business Analyst.
  • Strong skills in requirements, gap analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving.
  • Technical literacy encompassing integrations, data, platforms, and configuration management.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across business, IT, and vendors, facilitating open communication and mutual understanding.

Nice to have: Telecoms/e-commerce experience, BPMN, Six Sigma, agile frameworks, API/data flow awareness, low-code tools, and regulatory knowledge. This will help shape your expertise in this area and make you a more attractive candidate for the position.
