About the Role

We are seeking an experienced events professional to join our team as a Marketing Event Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines creative flair with operational excellence and brings a proven track record of delivering exceptional events that engage senior audiences and elevate brand presence.

  • This role involves supporting and delivering a wide range of hospitality events, client briefings, sponsored events and conferences, both internally and externally.
  • You will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of all elements of events, from planning, agency coordination, venue management, catering, merchandising, AV requirements etc.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to ensure seamless and high-quality event delivery with impactful attendee experiences.
