Key Responsibilities
  1. Determining track design requirements from client briefs making sound decisions to produce optimal design solutions.
  2. Leading technical design input on rail projects, mentoring design management teams, and supporting track discipline coordination.
  3. Collaborating with external parties to ensure understanding of client needs and project requirements.
  4. Liaising regularly with staff managers and other technical leads, and team leaders.
