Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of excellence in patient care, ensuring high-quality services and efficient operations.">
  • Develop and implement programs of care in collaboration with Consultant Cardiologists, focusing on patient-centered care and clinical standards.">
  • Supervise and train cardiac physiologists, promoting their growth and development within the department.">
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics, utilizing computerized systems to optimize data management.">
  • Participate in cost awareness and control policies, contributing to the department's operational efficiency.">
  • Represent the cardiology department in hospital-wide committees, fostering interdepartmental collaboration and knowledge sharing.">
  • Engage in staff evaluation, performance review, and development, ensuring a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.">

Requirements

">
  • BSc in Clinical Measurement Science or equivalent certification, recognized by IICMP.">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior Cardiac Physiologist, Chief 1 Physiologist, or above, with a strong background in non-invasive cardiology.">
  • Desirable qualifications include more than 5 years of Cath lab experience, Echocardiography, Device follow-up, and other non-invasive cardiology testing.">
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks effectively.">
  • Possess ACLS certification and excellent general knowledge of cardiology.">
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.">
  • Demonstrate a quality focus approach to all activities and work practices, with a willingness to adapt to change and improve processes.">
  • Certified in relevant areas of expertise, such as cardiology, physiology, or related fields.">
  • Ability to communicate effectively, present information clearly, and empathize with patients, relatives, and colleagues.">
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and service delivery.">
