
Customer Support Representative

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relations and be able to provide top-notch support to clients via various communication channels.
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.
This role is responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and providing assistance with orders, returns, and other inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer phone calls, emails, and chat requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently within the system.
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems and other databases to ensure accurate information.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to relevant departments when necessary.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
