The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale electrical projects in data centres, pharmaceutical, or industrial sectors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HV/LV power distribution, and industry regulations.
  • Experience working with General Contractors (GCs) and Client-Side Project Teams.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, schedules, and risk assessments effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Health & Safety certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) are an advantage.
