This role involves strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of production, quality, and team performance, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the site.

  • Operational Leadership: Responsible for the overall site, overseeing production, quality, and team performance.
  • Team Management: Providing leadership to a team of over 100 employees, supporting their development, continuous improvement, and success.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health & safety standards and quality management systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implementing strategies to drive efficiency and improve processes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role within Food/FMCG Manufacturing, minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of production processes, and ability to manage and motivate large teams in a fast-paced environment.
