As a CRM Analyst at Archer - The IT Recruitment Consultancy, you will play a key role in optimizing reporting and delivering valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

You will work with CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms to enhance business processes and drive efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing reports and automation systems using Power BI, extracting, analysing, and interpreting data from Aptify to support strategic decisions, identifying trends in member behaviour and providing actionable insights, and supporting team members with reporting and data-related queries.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and VBA, experience working with CRM databases (Aptify preferred), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving business growth through data insights.
