On-Call Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced On-Call Operations Lead to join our team at Comfort Homecare. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while driving efficiency and progress in every interaction.
Key activities will include staff supervision, staff training and growth, responding to questions and inquiries from employees and managers, working collaboratively with managers on scheduling issues, and maintaining staff schedules in accordance with employment law requirements and HR policies/procedures.
Additional responsibilities will include providing occasional guidance to the primary function of others, including training, collecting and verifying client referral information, informing payroll office of any pay code and/or staff changes, identifying errors and making corrections, and assisting employees in connecting to online app systems.
A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in healthcare or customer service roles (preferred), ability to multitask and manage time effectively, and ability to work independently. Knowledge of the One Touch scheduling system is preferred.
