The Role

  • As a Portfolio Lead, you will lead the development and execution of portfolio strategy across a defined number of disease areas and support the relevant teams that implement solutions in Ireland.
  • You will work closely with disease area teams to translate global strategies into local strategies and activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing outcome-based plans aligned with business goals.
  • Fostering collaboration, engagement, and a shared team identity to support sustainable success.
  • Driving commercial forecasting for portfolio brands, strengthening communication and collaboration across functions.
  • Enabling resource prioritization with an enterprise mindset, considering affiliate strategies and portfolio priorities.

  • Fostering strong relationships with global and affiliate colleagues to amplify business effectiveness.

Your Profile

  • University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree).
  • Prior strategy, sales, marketing, business development or relevant commercial experience is required.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring, helping the development of others.
  • Excellent understanding of the Irish healthcare ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, inspire teamwork and collaboration among others.
  • Experience leading and/or working in an agile environment.
  • Capable of identifying opportunities beyond the product and generating customer value based insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
