Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement new products and manufacturing processes for balloon extrusion and forming technologies.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to procure high-quality tooling, fixtures, and capital equipment.

  • Analyse data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.

  • Hands-on experience in extrusion, injection moulding, or related polymer processing techniques is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor technical staff.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
