Culinary Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Culinary Professional to lead our award-winning food operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing high standards of performance in our food production areas, ensuring exceptional quality and service delivery. This role requires strong leadership qualities, excellent culinary knowledge, and the ability to train and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement standards of performance in food production areas
  • Prepare, cook, and present food to a consistently high standard
  • Achieve agreed catering budget and control costs
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of chefs
  • Attend meetings and ensure effective communication
  • Create an environment promoting employee morale and pride
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and HACCP regulations
  • Develop and implement training plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience at Senior Chef Level in a 4* hotel
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to train new staff
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary development and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work varied shifts
  • Knowledge of HACCP, budgeting, and rostering
