  4. Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation efforts for Front Office and Porterage team members.
  5. Implement effective systems and procedures for front desk operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with other departments.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' management experience in 4* Hotel Front Office operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service, with a focus on guest satisfaction and standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, training, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
