The successful candidates will be responsible for acting as strong role models, demonstrating commitment to person-centred culture, and providing emotional support while contributing positively to health and wellbeing of the individuals we support.
This role requires excellent communication and engagement skills, ability to promote independence in individuals with support needs, and thorough understanding of HIQA regulations. Eligibility for CORU Registration is also required.
Staff have the opportunity to work on skill development in context, building capacity for interdependence in community and social networks.
