Site Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to minimize risks.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and issues are addressed promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant laws and regulations.
