Job Overview

A senior finance professional is required to join Lex Consultancy Ltd as a Senior Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee timely and accurate financial and management reporting for institutional clients.
  • Monitor service charge accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Manage finance relationships with internal and external service providers.
  • Analyse financial data to identify improvement areas and provide actionable insights.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Ensure all financial management of the portfolio is up to standard.
  • Work on finance and operational transformation projects to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Must be a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
  • Experience in real estate and/or property management finance is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and operational processes.
  • Proven track record in overseeing accounting functions and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with financial, data analytic, and workflow-based monitoring tools is an advantage.
