Dream Job: Scalable Software Developer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end applications, SDKs, and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server-side languages such as Python or Ruby with a server-side framework like FastAPI or equivalent. Familiarity with database technology such as Postgres or MySQL is also essential. In addition, the candidate should possess excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, as well as a passion for providing quality software.
The successful candidate will work alongside other engineers, QA, data science, and product teams to build user-friendly, high-performance software. Key responsibilities include building, collaborating, writing clean and efficient code, testing and troubleshooting, architecting, improving, and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end applications, SDKs, and tools
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build user-friendly, high-performance software
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development
* Test, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability
* Architect backend features with focus on best practice architecture and design patterns
* Improve processes and suggest better solutions to problems faced
Required Experience and Skills:
* At least 3 years experience with server-side languages such as Python or Ruby with a server-side framework like FastAPI or equivalent
* Database knowledge and familiarity with database technology such as Postgres or MySQL
* Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot software components
* Passion for providing quality software
* Critical thinking and structured problem solving
* Debugging complex, multi-service applications
* Working as part of a team
* Time management and inter/intra-team communication
