We are seeking an experienced and dynamic construction professional to lead the execution of a residential development project in County Louth, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all project operations to ensure timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
  • Lead and manage teams including subcontractors, tradespeople, and direct labor, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Coordinate daily activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor progress, provide regular updates to senior management, and address any technical or operational challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful project outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, materials, and equipment efficiently, maintaining cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in similar roles or positions in large-scale residential construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields, along with proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Valid Safe Pass certification and manual handling training.
