Marketing Manager Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strategic marketer with a passion for creativity and client management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing & design projects from initial briefing to final execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. This involves acting as the key liaison between clients and creative team, translating their vision into compelling campaigns.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with client goals, including branding, content, digital marketing, and web development. They will also grow client accounts, identifying opportunities to pitch new ideas and expand existing relationships.

The Marketing Manager will oversee campaign performance, using insights to optimise strategies and present measurable outcomes. They will lead client presentations with confidence, delivering creative proposals and performance reports.

In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, marketing, and web development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with 2+ years in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and web development.
  • A natural problem-solver, able to diagnose marketing challenges and present solutions effectively.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills – confident in managing client relationships.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to identify and pitch for new business opportunities.
