Project Leadership Role

As a project leader, you will oversee multiple strategic projects of high complexity and risk. Your primary focus will be on delivering projects efficiently, effectively, and within scope.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely project delivery and manage scheduling
  • Hold teams accountable for schedules, deliverables, and project performance
  • Oversee resource planning, budget alignment, and capital expenditures
  • Track lessons learned and implement best practices
  • Lead Phase Gate Reviews and maintain accurate project reporting
  • Resolve project conflicts and establish escalation paths
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Experience managing complex projects in global settings
  • Relevant degree or certification
  • Experience in matrix management of project teams
Key Skills:
  • Formal training in Project Management methodologies
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and LEANPD approaches
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to lead local/global teams and interact with customers
