Job Overview
A leading international firm of accountants, tax advisors and consultants seeks an assistant tax manager to join their corporate tax group. The role involves working across a portfolio of clients in various sectors with an international focus.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporation tax compliance and on tax consultancy assignments. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of Irish Tax legislation, relevant commentary and case law, as well as extensive tax due diligence skills.

The Role:
Maintain and develop the firm's relationship with a portfolio of clients, including coordination of service offerings from other departments. Ensure timely payment and return filing deadlines are met for a portfolio of corporate tax clients. Work with partners to advise clients on suitable business structures, transfer pricing and profit repatriations.

Contribute to collective targets for billing, net fee income and cash collection, as well as personal and firm-wide goals. Involve peers in training initiatives, business development and marketing activities. Take responsibility for staff development and reviewing procedures.

The Person:
An AITI qualified and qualified accountant with experience in corporation tax compliance and on tax consultancy assignments is required. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in interpreting Irish Tax legislation, relevant commentary and case law, and carrying out extensive tax due diligence is essential.

Familiarity with operational supervision of assignments and managing client relationships is necessary. Excellent English language skills with fluency in oral and written communication are expected. Strong organizational and planning capabilities, ability to work under pressure, and computer-literacy skills are mandatory.
