- Manage a caseload of litigation files with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide expert legal advice on litigation and pre-litigation matters.
- Handle discoveries, mediations, settlements and court appearances with professionalism.
- Draft pleadings, briefs and other court documents with clarity and precision.
- Support strategic projects to enhance litigation functions and drive business success.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be a qualified Solicitor in Ireland with at least 4 years' PQE in litigation (insurance defence preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
- Excellent drafting and legal reasoning abilities are necessary for success.
- A solid understanding of court procedures is required.
- Ability to manage workloads independently and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in legal and document management software is advantageous.
