Loader Heavy Equipment Operator

The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to fill feeder bins at our asphalt plant and load trucks in our recycle yard. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills to work effectively with our team members and contractors.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can perform preventative maintenance on machinery/equipment as required. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and ability to work periodic night shift are also essential for this role.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience operating Loader in construction environment.
- Familiar with aggregates and the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Awareness of surroundings and ability to perform job in a safe manner.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Must be a team player.
