This outside sales position offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the Food, Beverage, and Dairy Manufacturing industry.

You will work closely with strategic current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience working with clients in the Food and Beverage industry.

A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are required for this role. No immigration sponsorship is available.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage the Sales Budget of the Accounts in ROI, with an ambition and commitment to achieve double-digit growth rates.
  • Improve skills of the sales teams and technical team from local partners through professional training and field visits at key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with your partners in your territory.
  • Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities within the existing customer base and in major, competitively-held accounts, to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
  • Work closely with strategic current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
