Independent Operations Manager

The Independent Operations Manager plays a critical role in promoting and monitoring compliance with external laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. This includes overseeing compliance audits conducted by Service Delivery Centre (SDC) to ensure adherence to personal independence policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Personal Independence Compliance Testing (PICT) / Point in Time (PIT) Testing / Checkpoint Clearance Testing Selectee
  • Ensure audits meet necessary standards and include comprehensive documentation in collaboration with SDC team members
  • Provide guidance on personal independence policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to the SDC team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance with personal independence policies, ensuring meeting of regulatory and internal standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years experience in professional services including 5 years in audit, risk, or compliance roles
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to probe information and communicate effectively with impact and empathy
  • Focus on client service when dealing with partners and staff at all levels
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to analyze, connect, and structure information while applying professional skepticism
