Global Director of Scale and Customer Success

At Intercom, we're revolutionizing customer service with our AI-first platform. We're seeking a Global Director of Scale and Customer Success to lead our Scale Success Management organization.
This role will oversee a high-performing team across multiple regions globally, driving strategies that ensure customer success, adoption, and retention. You'll partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success leadership to develop and execute scalable initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and operationalize the Scale and Digital Customer Success vision, strategy, and tactics
- Drive global targets and key metrics through operational excellence
- Build, lead, and develop a world-class team of CSMs and Managers that live Intercom's values
