About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CSA Project Manager to lead the coordination of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. They will also be expected to manage site safety and ensure quality.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the co-ordination of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.
  • Lead site safety management in conjunction with safety personnel.
  • Oversee site quality assurance processes.
  • Manage project schedules and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day site operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and track progress against schedule.
  • Oversight of site documentation and attendance at site meetings.
  • Closing out project deliverables, including final account, punch list, safety & QA files and project plan completion.
  • Properly manage change orders (cost and programme impact) and document them accordingly.
  • Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability.
  • Distribute and close out CSA snag lists.

About You

You will need a degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. Strong communication, numeracy and problem-solving skills are essential. At least 7 years relevant experience is required, preferably in delivering large-scale CSA projects.
