Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a food environment

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

A Day in the Life:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, using initiative every day to ensure safety is prioritized while delivering on values. A typical day may include coaching, training, and leading people, championing a world-class customer experience, merchandising the food offer, preparing food and coffee, and maintaining a clean store.
